Your tasks

• You coach, develop, support and lead one of our teams of (external) engineers and designers (4-8 full-time positions)
• You are responsible for coordinating our external employees
• You evaluate your team's work from both a design and technical perspective and keep it within our modular system
• Continuous internal/external research to find new smart ways to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with customer service on quality-related issues
• Close collaboration with marketing/sales in the ideation/definition phase

Your profile

• Manager with leadership responsibility
• Successfully completed studies in the field of “Industrial Product Development” or comparable
• At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in product development of sports equipment, wooden items or toys
• You act result-oriented, think analytically and pragmatically at the same time and enjoy taking on challenges
• You place high demands on the quality of your work and are characterized by your high sense of responsibility
• Clear communication skills
• You have no problems communicating in English, both written and oral.
• Hands-on mentality and sense of operational work
